Husky collects personal information about you when you apply online through the myHusky.ca website to become a Husky or Mohawk retailer. The personal information you provide in the online application is collected for the purpose of prescreening your application, facilitating the application process and, if desired, so that a Husky representative may contact you to further advance the application process.

Your personal information will not be transferred or sold to any third party, except in the following circumstances:

1. if you give Husky permission to do so;

2. when permitted or required by law;

3. under the limited circumstances specifically described in this privacy statement;

4. to Husky's affiliates, provided that such affiliates and their agents, advisors and employees are restricted from using the personal information for any purpose other than described in this privacy statement; or

5. to Husky's agents and professional advisors for the purpose of allowing them to provide goods or services to Husky, provided that such agents and professional advisors are restricted from using the personal information for any purpose other than as described in this privacy statement.

Husky endeavours to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to its operations so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of your personal information.

Personal information will be retained by Husky for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and as required by applicable laws. Husky has records management protocols that outline the procedures for the retention and destruction of Husky records, including personal information.

Where permitted or required by law, Husky will allow you to access and review your personal information held by Husky.
