Supporting Canada's Skiers

Husky has long had a soft spot for Canada's alpine ski racers. In fact, we've proudly sponsored Alpine Canada Alpin (ACA) since the early days of the Crazy Canucks. For the past two years, Husky has been the official headgear sponsor of Canadian men's Alpine Ski team member Manuel Osborne-Paradis. Hailing from Vancouver, Manny is a rising star on the circuit, kicking off this year's season ranked sixth in the world. With the 2010 Olympics just around the corner, we think it's time for Canadians to get to know our brightest stars. Take a moment to read our interview with Manny.

You wanted contests...

Get Started this Winter Ski Contest. Mother Nature's Fuel makes for more reliable winter starts — very important after a hard day of skiing. Head up to Lake Louise for world cup skiing and enter for a chance to win one of ten prizes of four lift tickets to any of the four Western-based Resorts of the Canadian Rockies and $200 of Mother Nature's Fuel. Get in the Game WHL/OHL Contest. Show you're a real fan! Pick up a pair of specially designed team WHL/OHL sunglasses from participating Husky or Mohawk stations. Enter the UPC code for a chance to win one of 30 jerseys from select teams in the WHL and OHL. Contest runs Dec. 3 to Dec. 30.

Oil Kings Family Fun Pack Contest. Attention Edmonton hockey fans! Together with the Edmonton Oil Kings and the Edmonton Journal, Husky is sponsoring a chance to win the grand prize of $5,000 of Mother Nature's Fuel. Contest runs from Nov. 29 to Mar. 20, 2009.
