How can I earn double rewards?
From Sept. 14 to Oct. 15, 2011, get your usual 2% back in Husky Reward Dollars and a bonus 2% cashback on all eligible Husky purchases. Terms & Conditions: During the promotional period all net purchases made at participating Husky and Mohawk locations with your myHusky Rewards MasterCard will earn an additional 2% cashback paid out as a statement credit by December on top of your 2% for every $1.00 myHusky Rewards Dollars earnings outlined in the terms and conditions of your rewards program. How will I earn myHusky Rewards?
Every time you use your card, you'll earn 2% back on your net purchases (purchases minus any credits or returns) at participating Husky or Mohawk locations. You will also earn 1% back on purchases you make everywhere else. Exceptions include: cash advances, transferred balances, any cheques used to access your account, finance charges, fees of any kind, service charges, unauthorized charges and ABM transactions.
Do myHusky Rewards ever expire?
Your myHusky Rewards are yours for the life of the account - they won't expire.
Is there a limit to the amount of myHusky Rewards I can earn?
There's no cap to the amount of rewards you can earn on purchases.
How do I redeem my rewards?
It's automatic. When you reach $25 on your rewards, we'll send you a $25 gift certficate. To redeem your rewards, your account must be open and in good standing, which means it isn't past due, over limit, fraudulent, restricted, part of a consumer credit counseling program or in a bankruptcy settlement.
Can I redeem for something other than Husky gift certificates?
No. You can only redeem for Husky gift certificates, which are valid for fuel, store merchandise, meals or mechanical services at any authorized Husky or Mohawk store or restaurant.
Where can I go to change my PIN?
All Alberta cardholders can change their PIN at any ATB Financial branch or ATB ATM location. Check ATB's Branch Locator to find the branch nearest you.
Cardholders in other provinces can visit your nearest Canada Post outlet. Once you have received your PIN by mail and your card has been activated, bring your card to a Canada Post office to make a PIN change. Upon arrival, a Canada Post employee will direct you to insert your activated Chip card into the PIN pad device. Use your original PIN at the device and follow the change prompts to select a new PIN. Your new PIN will work immediately. There is no cost to change your PIN.
