Husky & CAA Colouring Contest Rules

The Canadian Automobile Association ("CAA") and Husky Oil Marketing Company ("Husky Oil") are offering this contest (CAA and Husky collectively referred to as the "Contest Organizers").

CONTEST DATES

The Husky & CAA Colouring Contest begins July 1st, 2011 and closes at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on August 31st, 2011.

ELIGIBILITY

Contest is open to any persons who are fourteen (14) years of age or younger and who reside in Canada (each a "Contestant"), except those persons who are employees and immediate family members of CAA, any CAA Club or Husky Oil.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter this contest, Contestant must:

1. Colour the entry form. Entry forms are available at Husky House Restaurants
2. Complete the entry ballot. Contestants must provide their name, complete mailing address, and telephone number on the entry ballot
3. Tear off the entry ballot and drop in the contest ballot box located at your Husky House Restaurant; and
4. Present the picture to your Husky House server as they may want to display your artwork.

All entries must be received on or before 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on August 31st, 2011. Contest Organizers will not be responsible for, or accept any liability resulting from contest entries which are delayed, lost stolen or misdirected for any reason.

All entries received have an equal chance of winning. The chances of winning depend on the number of entries received. Mechanically reproduced entry forms will not be eligible to win. No purchase is required to enter the Husky & CAA Colouring Contest.

PRIZES

There will be two (2) prizes (each a "Prize") awarded for each of the following provinces (each a "Region"): Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia for a total of ten (10) Prizes.

The grand Prize for each Region will consist of three hundred ($300.00) dollars worth of Bridgewater Bank MySurprise MasterCard gift cards to be used anywhere MasterCard® is accepted. A secondary prize will be awarded in each Region will include a travel tote bag filled with assorted Husky and CAA merchandise.

The winners of the Prizes will be randomly selected from all eligible entries in a Region as determined by what Region the Husky House Restaurant that receives an entry is located in. The draw for Prizes will take place on September 30, 2011. The Contest Organizers will contact the Prize winners by telephone. If for any reason and despite customary diligent efforts, it is not possible to contact a Prize winner within a period of seventy two (72) hours after the Prize draw, the Contest Organizers reserve the right to disqualify that entry and select another entry by random draw as a Prize winner.

The legal parent and guardian of each Prize winner must sign a contest prize acknowledgement and release before the Prize will be awarded.

Prizes must be accepted as described; substitutes by the Prize winner(s) will not be allowed and may not be transferred to other persons unless permitted by law. Prizes are subject to their conditions of use and have no cash value. Contest Organizers retain the right to replace the Prize with a different prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Contest Organizer's control.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

By entering the Contest, all entrants agree to be bound by the rules of the contest and release the Contest Organizers and all parties associated with this Contest from any liability with respect to the contest and the redemption of any Prize.

Contest Organizers reserve the right to withhold the Prize or disqualify any Contestant's entry in the event that any Contestant fail or refuse to comply with these contest rules.

By entering this contest, Contestants and their legal parent(s) or guardian(s) consent to the Contest Organizers publishing or announcing any Prize winners' name and photograph(s), in future publicity, without permission or compensation to the Contestant or any other party. This shall include unlimited reproduction, publication, use and distribution in all forms and media, and in all manners including advertising, trade, display, editorial, art, video production, exhibitions and website content.

If for any reason, in the opinion of the Contest Organizers, in its sole discretion, the contest is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond its control, Contest Organizers reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest including any method of entry.

All entries become the property of the Contest Organizers and none will be returned. As per the privacy policy of each of the Contest Organizers, the Contest Organizers does not sell or redistribute any personal information to any third party. All decisions made by the Contest Organizers with respect to the contest will be final. Contest Organizers will not enter into correspondence with any Contestant except with the selected entrants and at the Contest Organizer's own initiative.
