Savings through control

If you are the manager of a large trucking fleet, Route Commander gives you exceptional control over your operations. You can program cards to control the products that can be purchased. You can set purchase limits, limits on specific stations or even the time of day that cards can be used - and all these controls can be fine-tuned to apply to some or all card-users, in any combination you require. No other system even approaches this level of sophistication.

Communications

At any time you can determine the station where each driver most recently purchased fuel. Then, if you wish, you can send a message to one, some, or all of your drivers; the message will be waiting at their next Route Commander stop, and must be accessed before they can purchase fuel.

Access to information

You can use your computer to find your current price of fuel at any Route Commander station. You also have direct access to your purchase statistics and pricing data - whenever you wish, you can download your complete Route Commander invoicing information, including Unit Summaries, Location Summaries, tax reports, and other information for the current 12 month period.

Route Commander features a complete reporting package that can be organized to match your specific needs.
